4. Dumbbells: dumbbells aren't all that expensive either. You can buy a dumbbell easily from the local sports store and use them for toning and building arm muscle at home. Of course for extreme workout, you should go to the gym, but as far as toning is concerned, this you can do at home.

5. Pull-Up Bar: pull-up bars are great ways to build arm muscle, height and body strength. These may cost a bit more then dumbbells but, but they are easily available. You can fix them in your doorway and do a couple of pull-ups every day. Also pull-up bars are great way o build strong back muscles.
